Ibis Liverpool Centre Albert Dock - Liverpool One Hotel

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the great location and the convenience of parking. It was easy to walk to the nearby Albert Dock for dining options and exploring popular attractions like the Tate and the ferry trip. The city center shopping and both cathedrals were also within a reasonable walking distance. The staff was very friendly, adding to the positive experience. Despite being on a budget, the room was adequate for our short stay, providing everything we needed.

We felt immediately at home and had no complaints during our stay.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was so close to all the main attractions of this city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, providing us with tea and coffee facilities and a breakfast that was very good value for money.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the waterfront and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in the city center. The staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and offered stunning views of the water. I especially loved the nice bathroom with all the basic amenities provided. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options, although I wish they had served fried eggs. the hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Loved my stay at Ibis, staff were helpful and friendly. Was pleasantly surprised by the digital check-in/out service. The breakfast had a great variety and the bathroom was impressive with a fantastic shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

Noisy room on the second floor, constant noise from the corridor. Thin room door doesn't block out the noise.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel is well-located near many attractions like Albert Dock & city centre, a short walk away. The rooms are nicely designed, with great showers and good facilities. Staff went above & beyond to assist guests, as mentioned in one review.

Some visitors did have issues with beds/pillows being too hard and the room size too small for single beds.
